If you are a wholesale buyer, this is the place to find out how to purchase Montana Mercantile products for resale. Order form: Please use the contact form and we'll be happy to send you a link to the Wholesale Order Form. You can also order online. TIP: Read the Buying online section just below here. Buying online: Our online store is smart like a moose and knows who our wholesale clients are (once we tell it, that is). If you prefer to order online, please create an account in our online store and then contact us to let us know you are a wholesale buyer. We'll flip the switch that lets you buy wholesale. NOTE: The wholesale prices will not appear until you get to checkout. At checkout, a wholesale buyer's page will look something like this:
See the "Group Discount"? That means you're a wholesale buyer. If you DON'T see the discount, you probably aren't logged in using the email you created (and whose account we marked as "wholesale"). If that's the case, you can login here. If you login and the discount still doesn't appear, please contact us. Sometimes that moose gets all tangled up in the brambles and we have to get her unstuck. Sales tax: Montana is a no sales tax state (woohoo!), so we don't need a resale letter or any other paperwork from you for that. Minimum order: Surprise! We don't require a minimum order. Sure, we love big orders, but when you are just starting your gift shop, boutique or spa, the last thing you need is to have to buy and store 10 times as much product as you really need. Some wholesalers require a minimum order because they recognize that there is a fixed cost to having a new customer and sending ANY size order. We figure it's a good thing to have a new wholesale customer and don't look at new customers as another cost. Terms: We prefer credit card purchases. Saves that 20 mile trip (each way) to the bank, which saves time and gas, which helps us keep our wholesale prices lower :) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We never see your card number when you order online. Shipping: Orders of $200 or more get FREE ground shipping (usually via UPS). We use UPS or USPS Priority Mail (the flat rate boxes) depending on the size of the order and what will fit in those nice flat rate boxes (our stuff can be heavy so the flat rate boxes are a good deal for you). Near Montana, we use USPS Regional Flat Rate boxes, whose rates are even cheaper than Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. They do charge an extra .75 per box because those boxes are supposed to be for high volume shippers, but most of the time, it's still a better deal. Turnaround time: Typically, we turn most orders around in 48-72 hours. Really large orders might take a little longer, but we'll tell you if your order isn't going to ship within a week. During the summer, orders tend to ship the next morning. Remember, we make everything by hand, so that built-in love takes a little more time. Custom labels: We can do custom labels to make our products promote your business 24x7 and look like a custom product made just for you (of course, we do that already).
